here goes!
the workers federation should allow each and every political party/grouping within the federation complete autonomy of thought and self organisation.
each member of federated organisations is also a member of the workers federation and entitled to a free vote on all policy and organisational matters of the federation.
at the same time, individual membership of the workers federation is to be encouraged amongst federation parties/groupings and actively persued by all members.
the policies and organisational methods of the federation are determined by the membership alone.
there should be an ongoing "conference" whereby the "executive" is always subject to the will of the membership.
in the initial stages of the formation of the federation, elected leaders of member parties/groupings will act as the "executive" until such time, no longer than 1 year, the policies and organisational procedures have been agreed by a majority vote of the membership.
the aims and principles of the party are the overthrow of capitalism and the creation of a democratic workers state.
no elected member of the federation, regardless of position, is entitled to a wage above that of the average workers wage.
personal abuse of fedration members, parties, groupings is unacceptable and will lead to expulsion given a majority vote by the membership.
political critique of members, parties, groupings is perfectly acceptable.
ok. thats my ball rolling.
lets kick it about and see what the rest of you come up with.
"my constitution" is very basic, it is a broad "document", details are not my "political forte" :)
