Hey everyone! I'm new here and I found the board by looking for leftwing forums to join. :) I'm twenty-five and a socialist from TN. Also I'm a college student and studying criminal justice and want to focus on Criminology hopefully. Well hope to get to know everyone! :blush:

Welcome to this board. Considering you already have some posts you'll probably understand how everything works here, my only advice is don't piss off the stalinists too much otherwise you might find yourself with a massive wall of text from some dodgy historian explaining why Stalin was not only the greatest leader ever but how he loved puppies and would regularly help children out of difficult situations.

Well first of all thanks for the advice with the Stalinist. LOL. On the cop answer no I don't plan on becoming a cop. I'm a pacifist so I couldn't do it. I want to do Criminology and help people and get justice for people.

LOL no. Don't worry. I'm here to talk with other fellow leftists and have a good place to come. I do have one other place I can go but they're mostly democrats and I'm socialist so I feel kinda out of place there even though everyone is generally cool and all. I'm just a bit more to the left then a lot of them. :)

Well if that's the case I'd be right there with you. :) Thanks for the compliments. So far I'm really enjoying everyone here. I'm a member of the YPSL board but it's not quite as chatty as this one and some how or another I found y'all in a google search looking for other left leaning boards. :)
