Speech, Revolution and post revolution

Okay, so Im doing a speech tomorrow, and I was wondering. How would the post revolution "government" be set up? I need this from a Marxist and a Leninist point of view.
Any feed back would awsome.

P.S. I know about dictatorship of the proletariat, but how would they be organized? Thats the main question. Be specific please.

Unfortunately none of us really know the answer to this question. A revolution is unlikely to be a smooth transition that will provide much space for asking questions and deliberating over decisions. There are numerous factors which can and most likely will affect the outcome of this. The most that any of us can do is speculate.

We can look backwards into history and observe how past revolutions have ended up. Hopefully we can learn from the mistakes of the past and in the future be more successful if any such uprising were to occur.

In my opinion, it would be ideal for instead of a central government, small groups would spring up everywhere. Councils, I suppose you could call them. They would be independent from one another and manage the areas under their control but continue to work together.

Many members of this board will disagree with me, and that is just another important factor that makes this question difficult to answer.

If you are looking for a Leninist's response though, I suppose they can give you a clearer picture of how they see a revolution panning out.

They would tell you exactly what they'll do when they become governor of the 5th district in the 2nd Soviet of New York. That's what being a professional revolutionary (thank Lenin for that term) is all about, baby. You think the bourgeois politicians don't plan their careers, too? :lol:
