Bush, Abbas & Olmert

[Pirate Utopian]

I'm sure you heard about it.
This 3-headed comittee would lead to the creation of the Palestinian state.
And some plans are:
1. A 2-state solution, the existance of both Israel and Palestina.
2. Abbas and Olmert will meet every 2 weeks.
3. The US monitors the happenings.

I'm very sceptical of this whole plan, on wich I will elborate later.
What are your thoughts on these... plans?

Most likely it is puppetry in motion. Peace talks never solved anything before, and why would they now? And especially under the umbrella of the imperialists? Talk will not lead to justice for the Palestinian people, it will not lead to the dismantling of the Zionist state, it will not end the US support of Israel, and will furthermore not stop the fighting, cleanse the Israeli occupiers from the Gaza Strip and West Bank (I don't care what the plans say. No one is going to make them leave except the Palestinian rebels themselves) or give them infrastructure or justice. Only the complete end of imperialist precense in the region can even begin to do these things, not parliamentarianism.
