Is anyone on here connected with either the PSL or FRSO? I tried emailing both organizations with questions and haven't received a response for weeks. I am surprised because they both seem fairly active. One of them, FRSO, I believe has a presence in my area as well.

A lot of "left" groups are notoriously bad for not replying to emails, or correspondence in general, in a timely fashion.

You've tried the "contact" link from the pslweb.org site no?
They are probably also on myspace.
I'm not a PSL member, just been talking to a few members.

The anti-revisionist FightBack flavor.

Both FRSOs' are "anti-revisionist." I am a bit close to some supporters and members of the two FRSOs', the key difference is that Fight Back! grouping has a line closer to the Workers' Party of Belgium, Ludo Martens' line, where as the "Left Refoundation" group is a bit closer to Maoism; however having some key differences around certain questions and a bit more eclectic.
PSL on the other hand is a split of WWP, these two groups have practically the same political line.

I sent you a PM, I'm a Candidate Member of the Party for Socialism and Liberation so I can try to answer your questions.
STP,
PSL isn't a "split". It's a new revolutionary worker's party. It wasn't just former WWPers who founded it, and is now majority non-ex-wwpers. It wasn't founded as a split, it was founded as a party with different logistics, tactics, and principles, the ones needed for the 21st century

Hi bazarov,
I work with FRSO (the 'Fight Back' flavor, as you put it!).
If you want general info about the politics of the organization, I can try to answer your questions here.
If you want to talk more in depth, let me know and I can put you in touch with someone from FRSO who you could talk to.
You probably already know this, but just in case, the FRSO website is www.frso.org (http://www.frso.org)
The Fight Back News website is www.fightbacknews.org (http://www.fightbacknews.org)
You can find a lot of info there.
Solidarity!

Leftspot,
is there a FRSO-FB branch in NYC? I'm just curious because I've been looking at FRSO-FB and we really have alot of similiarities (PSL and FRSO) linewise (also both are active or support ANSWER). I think we should work together more
