Refused?
If you listen to Refused you will know they are extremely left wing (inspired by left communism and the situationists), intelligent, and hardcore. I would like to find some similar bands who share the same revolutionary ideals.
Anyone know of any?

Sick of it All is left-wing, intelligent, and they're hardcore punk. Ramallah and Blood For Blood (not necessarilly far left, but they sing a lot about growing up in the projects and being working-class and lashing out against society) also come to mind.
Rage Against The Machine
...is not hardcore.

uh....
...Minor Threat?
and Orchid, but you probably aren't hardcore enough to handle them (especially if you think Refused is hardcore).

So what? Jello said: "I would like to find some similar bands who share the same revolutionary ideals.", he didn't say hardcore bands specifically.

Just to clarify, I'm not looking specifically for hardcore bands.
Also, Refused's music does kick ass. Not just because of the content, but because of the sound as well.

With Engine Heart is a post-hardcore/screamo band that is pretty leftist. They have some good vids. on youtube and a myspace.

Have you heard The International Noise Conspiracy? Refused singer Dennis Lyxen's new (!) band. Not as radical in any way but certainly worth a try.

INC is very good..
and maybe rage against the machine isn't hardcore but a lot of people don't know that the singer from RATM also was the singer from
Inside Out a 90's hardcore band.
