hey guys i'm doing a paper on communist cuba and why they should stay a communist country and it shouldn't be a problem to the U.S. what are some points on why you guys would believe they are better off being communists? better yet why should they stay as they are? can you guys please give me good points to make.
First, Cuba is not Communist. Communism is yet to be achieved. It is socialist.
Next, just ask what business is it to the U.S. government that the people of Cuba want socialism???
The answer is because they're afraid that a successful socialist republic can be done just 90 miles off their coast and they're afraid of Cuba being a good example for the United Statian people themselves to follow. [/b]
Actually I heard there are more afraid of this model spreading to the rest of Latin America...since the elite here I suppose are confident in their ability to "manufacture consent", etc in the US
