I saw the movie "Outsourced" last week (it's a great film, anyone seen it yet? Cute heartwarming comedy) and it made me think about outsourcing. There's a scene in the movie where the star Indian employee points out over the phone to the US customer that it would cost $212 more to buy the same product that was completely made in the US. Anyway, what are your opinions on outsourcing?
