Ulster Socialist's political cartoons inspired me to do this. I couldn't think of a political cartoon, so I found the lyrics to Lennon's song Imagine instead and made pictures in MS Paint to go with each verse. Its not the greatest thing ever created, but take a look.

every other figure has a set of prominent tits, at least thats what i think they are unless theyre mutants with enlarged bollocks growing out of their chests.
Maybe a skirt would have been a more subtle way of representing feminity!

Well just to be absurd I am going to bring up the point that you are gender typing through clothing, a trick used by ad companies to keep males and females in the gender roles.

The first two are pretty bad, but the last few are better, I just don't know why some people have globes for heads.
I like the breasts (even if they are horribly drawn) better than the skirts.

Well, personally, just by looking at the heads several of them appear female to my eyes. But further, why is it important that everyone think the ones your are trying to denote as female recognize them as being female?

It isn't vital, but the people are supposed to represent as large a part of the world population as possible.

Oh, Come on, Comrades. You gotta have some i-mag-in-ation!
Imagine if you will --- a pop-up interactive book for kids of pre-reading age.
Open the book and the song "Imagine" starts playing. The sun pops out and the earth starts spinning.. the people marching and singing!!!
"Hasta La Victoria Siempre!"
The first flush of revolution and they ain't even potty-trained yet!!!
yup. a good first revolutionary reader for toddlers. I could see a whole series of these books, actually.
Again, good work RA, especially given the very limited art tools of MS.

I wouldn't have thought of that, personally. I think some of the things in the pictures, such as symbols, may be confusing to kids though.
