I managed to find this short film about the Diggers, made in the 60s I think. There's not a lot of material on them and I I think this is really good. Particularly part one.

Enjoy.

Part 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMSL7UsIu00)

Part 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fzWnfGO_jI)

Part 3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3ZwXCsbkq8)

And a more profesional programe that kinda parallels Gerrard Winstanleys strugle with the present day

Did you watch all three?

I thought they were really good, but Winstanley is made to sound like a bit of a hippy.

Good to hear, I don't think there are any other films about the diggers so it's pretty good that they added the existing one to Youtube.

In the second video where he approaches the guy and says "Hello, I am Gerrard Winstanley" he sounds like a mix between Dail Winton and a 18 year old bohemian.
