James Guillaume as a follower of Mikhail Bakunin. He wrote a paper that he presented to some anarchist conference in the late 1800s that outlined the collectivist social organization. The paper was called "Ideas on Social Organization." If you're interested in how a collectivist society would be organized, I would recommend it.

Collectivism is seen as the anarchist transitional phase between capitalism and communism.

Concerning Bakunin, I especially like his essay "What is authority? (http://www.panarchy.org/bakunin/authority.1871.html)".
It is really an eyeopener for those easy slogans like "Reject all authority".
