I assume this does not happen regularily. But I find it quite interesting.

The most worrying thing is not that the police did this, but that people seemed to smile and even laugh? They did nothing!

You should have heard the news stations here in the U.S. Many of them were saying that the guy should have just listened to the police and everything would be cool. And he way people just stood there and LAUGHED??!?!?!?!?!?? Typical U.S. people. There is no hope for the U.S.
