Is it a given that after a proletarian revolution certain values from culture or religious beliefs in a highly theological community will remain in a post-capitalist society and play a part in that local communities social discourse; as well as shape laws in that community based off those certain cultures and religious creeds?

It depends. If a religion "demands" that society should not try to better itself and/or that any progress is dangerous and against it, and if many people follow it, then that would be a problem. I don't see how socialism can't live side by side with religion.

After all, socialism is an economic system.

I think it is useful to look at soviet society before Stalin took over fully. There was a combination in the 1920s of formal permission of religion with militant atheist activity to draw people away from religion. this pattern is likely to be repeated.

Yes, but I doubt that these extremely religious communities would be likely participants in a proletarian revolution much less want to be part of a secular socialist state (as they are usually inclined towards isolation) unless they had certain progressive leftist tendencies. Otherwise, the two societies would be too incompatible to mesh.
