What is to happen with businesses run solely online? Let's say a website where designers are payed by commission, but it's not registered as a company. Would it be just seen as a hobby or personal ownership?

As long as they dont exploit the labour of others, then theres no reason why they cant continue to do it in a post revolutionary society.

This would be quite hard to do. The only thing would be software, thus there must be property laws, else such business is useless if you can download it for free.

It's going to be very difficult to reply without spamming. The moderators may edit or delete this, but here it goes. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/invest/homewrk.shtm http://www.bbb.org/Alerts/article.asp?ID=436%20 I think that the way this works is that workers, most likely overseas in the developing world, manfacture the items, and the home buisnesses market them. So it benefits from the exploitation of others, indirectly at least. Also the more people "work" at home the less the demand will be. Then the profits will drop. It's just as Karl Marx stated. The petit-bourgeois gradualy sinks into the proletariat, as a result of diminuative capital. If everyone here in the western hemispere could accumalate wealth by just staying at home at the computer, no one would be doing manual labour here. It wouldn't just be a labour aristocracy. It would be an aristocracy period.

Same thing that will be done with businesses in general. As long as the Internet continues developing, I think that there will continue to be various transactions done online which will require some sort of online medium to conduct such transfers.
