We have all heard of Communist propaganda. Most of us have even read or seen it. But what of Capitalist propaganda? Something as powerful and widespread as Capitalism must have some sort of Propaganda system, but what could it be?

Obviously it is not as blatant as Communist or even Fascist propaganda. It is not mass Nazi rallys. Nor is it huge portraits of Stalin flying majestically. No, no it is much more effective and secretive.

The Capitalist propaganda is near sub-conscious. It is so stealthy you wouldn't notice it unless you were looking for it.

It is the computer I am typing at. The compact disc my Anti Flag is playing on. The dishwashing machine, the air conditioned car, the car itself. The HDTV and the digital cable connected to it. It is every uneeded product. Every comfort and ever second we spend with them.

We thought that if liberated from excessive hours of work people would realize what their bosses were doing. We thought if given the break to think and see they would revolt and better their society.

Well I guess the bosses realized that before the workers did. So the created something so perfect it was bound to work. The middle class. And with this class the poor workers had something to work towards other than liberation. Their "brand new flaming shit".

And now with this comfortable environment the revolution has reached a wall. How do we get them to give up these possesions for freedom? The greatest threat to the revolution is the comfort we fought so hard for. So we must now throw down these comforts and denounce this propaganda.

thank you brothers and sisters

actually, it's less subliminal. It's the system of apathy and reinforcement of it by glorification of US goals by the media, and standard, crappy, education that gets people used to mass orders and pacification
