this is what the owner of thechestore.com has to say on this:


there is one reply on your site from your submission, can you please add somehow or explain that we need the property so we can legally reproduce the image. Otherwise, legally we are left hanging, this is why we are paying for the design. Unlike your competition that image is wide open but legally the guy who designed it is the only guy who can reproduce it unless he gives permission to do so.
