Lol it's not just any old 'youtube vid' - this is from CKY 4 I think, just google it... I found these lyrics (http://forum.letssingit.com/topic/16118/skeletor-and-beatstman-from-cky4-latest-greatest/1).
Apart from all the skating shit in it, this is better than some Jackass stuff, seeing as it's Bam Margera and his mates, who are usually more entertaining than Knoxville and co.
