Chavez: populist or neoliberal (http://www.aporrealos.org/actualidad/a6914.html)--translation (http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=es&u=http://www.aporrealos.org/actualidad/a6914.html&sa=X&oi=translate&resnum=1&ct=result&prev=/search%3Fq%3DHugo%2BChavez%2Bneoliberal%2BBandera% 2Brojas%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26hs%3Duxw%26sa%3DG)

It seems somewhat hypocritical of the Red Flag Party to call Chavez a neoliberal particularly when they are currently allied with conservative and social democratic elements of Chavez's opposition.

The main points raised against Chavez were his economic policies towards foreign capital and foreign dominance particularly of the financial and telecommunications sector.
