Does anybody know what this is about? http://www.youtube.com/results?search_quer...y&search=Search (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Greece+anarchy&search=Search)

There were some student protests recently.
Demonstrations were hold in opposition to the government's plan to amend Greece's constitution in order to allow private companies to open universities. Currently all institutions of higher learning are state funded and don't charge tuition.

This also happened in France in opposition to Sarkozy's reform plans. But only on a much smaller scale.

The link you provided links us to a series of videos, all with different a reasoning for their protest.
Look in the title (and explanation) of each, it'll explain.

Or do you mean about the Anarchist movement in Greece?

I guess most are students protests. Last year Greece wanted to liberalise the universities, large prtotests and riots stopped this, but this year they wanted to pass the same bill, result: protests and riots, don't know if they passed it or not.

Oh, I couldn't really tell if they were all for the same thing or if they were for different reasons. Plus some of them are written in... Greek I'm assuming? I can't read what some of the people are writing. :(

For at least the past 10 years, there have often been many violent protests with black blocs over various issues.

Yeah, Greek anarchists riot pretty much whenever they feel like it.

I heard that there were some Greek anarchists who were eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the anarchists rioted and burned the whole town.

Yeah, they're pretty crazy people.

And when some dude dropped a spoon the anarchists rioted and burned the whole town.

Highly unlikely, but if that happened that be insane. A riot...moreover, an Anarchist riot...over a spoon.

Oh my god, look, 3 Anarchist Communists post in a row. This has happened 2 times so far, the other time in the introduction thread of Philosophical Materialist. Weird.
