Comrades,
Friday, October 26, 2007, a protest nationwide in the U.S. will be held against the war in Iraq. No work, no school, no shopping. october26.org is making this happen. Go to their site and help promote it by donating, printing out their leaflets, and letting them no you're helping. Make sure you visit their website and let everyone you know, and everyone i the street, whats happening.

Update* The protest has been changed to Friday October 26 for a call in "sick of the war" day. Has been changed because other unions/ affiliations are doing the same thing so they are rounding up together to do it at once. I participated on March 19th, and I plan to participate on the 26th.

Workers Against War is boycotting on the 26th as well.

The ANSWER protest is this weekend in DC. The SDTWM campaign is sending a contingent that will be distributing several thousand leaflets. If anyone on the east coast needs a ride, wants to help out, etc., now is the time to get in contact. The info is on the site.
