Titoism is Yugoslavian Communism named after Josep Tito. Basicly it's attaining Communism based on a nations capablilities and Culture in order to make Communism work. Going down a different path and in some cases going against the guidelines of the USSR.

Though I need more info since I was just denied membership from a Communist Party because of it. The reason was is they think Titoism is Capitalist and so on. and then there is this

Yeah. I wish more people were open to at least taking a step back and seeing the oppression of Capitalism. However people want a dream and not reality.

Welcome Korey. You know me. Guess who I am.

By the way, about the Titoism thing. Did the party that you apply to explicitly say that you would not be accepted because of it? Anyway, I think the term doesn't mean much anymore, so I wonder why it's still being used by some people. To many communists, it's synonymous with some kind of revisionist "market socialism", which will cause negative reactions (just like saying that one fully supports the direction that China is currently heading in), as communists want the full emancipation of the working class, also economically.

By the way, does anyone know where I can get Tito's "The Party of the Revolution" on the net? It contains his analysis of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, which I liked a lot. It was cited in a book on that subject, that's why I'm curious.

Hello, I've never seen a Titoist on RevLeft, interesting.

I'm a New Jersey Anarchist, myself. Nice to meet you and welcome to RevLeft!

No I do not remember you.

Also I said Titoism is a branch of Marxist Leninism and one of the leaders said "Becuase of that comment you cannot join the party."
