ok, if human beings were less evil, hostile, and crazy, this idea i think would work:
anarchism/socialism.
now, i heard 2 definitions of anarchy: no government was one of them, the other was people being the government and working together.
now, this idea would work, but the problem is if someone disagreed, and one side won, there could be a huge fight over it, and people could be killed. Sure, if people could get along it would work. but people just can't.
But if they could, anarchism and socialism would be a great mixture, i think.

Several members (myself included) believe in a combination of anarchism and communism

just so ya know, communism and socialism aren't necessarily the same thing.

I though you wrote communism and anarchism, not communism and socialism.

And, yes, I know they are different.

Similar, yes, but different.

If people could worship me, I think the world would be better.

Anyway, please explain how socialism and anarchism can work together? I don't see it.

Anarchists are socialists.

There is no mixture, for there to be anarchy, there has to be socialism.

If people could worship me, I think the world would be better.

Anyway, please explain how socialism and anarchism can work together? I don't see it.

You're working with a overly specific definition of socialism as state ownership.

Socialism doesn't mean state ownership, it means public ownership.

Since property is authoritarian in nature, Anarchism must abolish private property.

Industry would be run by workers councils, coordination and distribution and the like would be run by trade unions, bottom-up community federations, consumer councils, so on.

Anarchism is inherently socialist. The closest things to an exception to this are the individualists who want a society of self-employed shopkeeper types. Though they generally accept anything else would be run collectively.

And so starts it starts all over again, hey Som? :(

I suggest people read the Anarchist FAQ - http://www.infoshop.org/faq/index.html - before making any wild guesses on what anarchism is.

If you don't know what socialism is, and the difference between anarcho-communism, and marxist-communism I think you should really question your ideology

Interesting, even a man as intelligent as Chomsky doesn't understand Leninism. I mean, has anyone ever read State and Revoltuion, pfff.
