In a communist state would emigration abroad be allowed, would the people be allowed to enter and would there be an asylum system?

under communism there would be no countries, so the idea of asylum and immigration would be obselete.
In socialism however, there would be countries, so the question can be applied to that. There would have to be some kind of screening to those who wanted to enter a socialist country, in case they were planning to help or start counter-revolution. These people have no place in a socialist country, and so no, they could not enter. As for just normal people looking to move for some reason, why not? Socialism is opposed to the nationalism which creates the supposed issue of asylum, meaning that the idea of objecting to a person entering certain area of land just because they have not been there before is absurd. From an economic point of view there is no problem with people entering either, due to the efficiant nature of the socialist economy(assuming it has been implemented correctly).
