The PSL is a split from the Workers' World Party. It seems they broke over whether or not to run a Presidential candidate in the 2004 elections. They share the same politics (so-called global class war, which means in practice supporting anyone in conflict with an imperialist power, including people like Saddam and the Chinese Gov't).

Met some of these guys at the Social Forum in Atlanta last month, I've been working with them the past few weeks given out the Liberation the bi-weekly newspaper. I would like to build a branch of the party here in the Chattanooga TN area, but its not easy to organize a revolutionary Marxist party here in the south, so there is much work to be done.

If you want to build a communist organization, maybe doing so in cooperation with people who call themselves communist but support some anti-communists in the name of anti-imperialism isn't the best idea?
