In a communist government would Public Transport be free? and on industry no one can set up a business can they? just two quick questions which i'd like answered

I think we need to bring back the old Questions & Answers forum.
Free public transit? Yes, it ought to be. You don't pay to use an elevator (lift), do you?
Setting up a business? No, with the possible exception of a "one-person" operation.

I guess it depends on what you define as "a business", if that means a local community deciding (in an election) to build a distribution center of some type where the executive position would be democratically elected by the workers of that center... then yes.
If you, however, meant "a business", where some rich kid inherited 850,000 dollars from daddy and decided to get some wage slaves to construct houses for him so that he could leach "profit" out of the house production process... then NO.

think mom and pop stores. keep it fair, and allow everyone chance to share in on the earnings.

Yeah I just meant stores like newsagents and chippies where they aren't exploiting labour or making huge profits. Cheers for the answers
