Ran across this site that combines the top Left Wing blogs and videos all in one. It's a great place to get all of the up to date articles of news and opinion from the left. They look to be expanding with more and more blogs so if you have your own blog or know of one they are missing just let them know. I had to give them a heads up on a couple of smaller blogs, I hope they post them soon.

Check them out though: Leftwingr.com (http://leftwingr.com)

1. They are mainly liberal blogs, not left-wing. Learn the difference.

2. Is this a spambot or someone who joined simply to post one useless post?

The second one. If it was a spambot, they wouldn't have gotten in the correct forum. The spambot would probably put it in religion.

And I don't think it's uncommon for someone to join, post one thread, and then leave. I mean, Revleft has a median number of posts per user of 2.

"In politics, left-wing and the left, on the left-right political spectrum, is associated, in varying degrees, with social (as opposed to classical) liberalism, American liberalism, social democracy, socialism, communism, syndicalism, communalism, communitarianism, libertarian socialism, anarchism, left-libertarianism, some forms of populism, anti-colonialism, green politics, most forms of progressivism, and the Religious Left." - Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Left-wing_politics)

Leftwing is a general term and the blogs/site represented on there are the major sites from the left. Liberal or not simply saying "Left Wing" doesn't imply an extreme point of view. Obviously they don't offer every extreme site that is out there. There are different degrees to judge how far left or right a view is.

left wing does not mean much any more, oppositional as well. I think in the future we will have to be more elaborate, what are the use of words that dont mean anything.
