Wanted to share this.

Hanthala is a little boy whose name refers to a bitter tasting weed, no one ever saw his face but sure the way he stands with his hands clasped behind his back says a lot about where he stands and his view on the Arab world conflicts specially those in Palestine and Lebanon.

Hanthala was created by the Palestinian artist Naji Al-Ali who died in Aug 28, 1987 after 38 days of being shoot in London.

great post. Hanzala is the symbol of Palestinian armed struggle and revolution. He was born a 10 year old, the same ages Naji Al Ali was expelled from his vellage, and will remain 10 years old until the Palestinian people achieve thier freedom and independece.
