I recently read something about a so called Orange Protest and then I saw a video of an Anti-orange riot somewhere in Ukraine. And I find my self at a lost of what the Orange Movement stands for? I herd they protest for democracy but does anyone know exactly?

It was primarily a minor strife between different sections of the capitalist class over who would be elected in the presidential elections.
Yanukovych was a comprador for the nationalist bourgeoisie of Russia; his campaign received significant contribution from enterprises dominated by their state, he surrounded himself with advisors who were were hand-picked by Putin himself, he received preferential treatment in their media, and he even enlisted their assistance in silencing his opposition through more violent, aggressive means. Yushchenko, on the other hand, was far more in tune with western interests; just recently, documents were made public that revealed several money transfers between Boris Berezovsky and himself. Berezovsky is a renowned tycoon, known in the press for his irregular amount of wealth that he controls from his fortune built up on the backs of the suffering workers in Eastern Europe and Russa. He is also, coincidently, a critic of Putin.
Yuschenko was supposibly the 'democrat' that lead this pseudo-revolution, he recently, however, has dismissed ministers that participated in the Oarnge Revolution, and has also dissolved the Verkhovna Rada, which is the parliament of Ukraine.
