Recorded June 15th 2007 in Chicago.

How to bring history to life!

And here is is just doing a stand-up routine on the same subject -- just the jokes folks....

Well worth watching too, even if only for the 1812 Overture joke.

His book on the subject, also called Vive La Revolution, is worth a read as well. Mainly because it manages to be both informative and funny -- which is basically what Steel is all about.

Yeah, I agree.

Check out the films, they are really funny, but also politically astute.

I used to know him (very vaguely!!) in Croydon SWP about 16 years ago.

A really genuine guy and a brilliant impromptu speaker from the floor.

He had us in stitches many times.

Waterstones has it, at least it use to have it. Amazon will have it as well, along with most other book stores -- and, probably, your local library.

Sigh... I'm still reeling at missing him perform at the festival I was just at. How how unfortunate.
