The technical definition is: anyone who does not own any means of production, who sells his/her labor power in exchange for wages, and who works in a non-supervisory position.

That was a good link redstar2000.

The way I look at class is this: there are poor, middle, and rich Proletarians (wage slaves), and then there are the Bourgeois (employers/owners, managers, etc).

I'm a self-exploited worker, however, I consider myself a worker, despite I don't have any boss and I don't receive a wage.

I am in the hazy ground. My mom works for a wage, my dad holds a managerial post and I am a wage-slave/student.
