View Full Version : A New Divide - In Che-Lives

With the re-opening of the Stalin vs Trots debates (and the waste of breathe that they are) I am viewing a few more divisions forming inside our leftist community.

The first is a small one, some are supporting the US troops now as liberators, regardless. This number is very few, less than I can count on my hand, but still existant.

The second is bigger. With the reports of Cuba executing three and jailing up to 75 (although I have only read that 12 have been sentenced as of yet, any update is greatly appreciated ^-^) the militant and the pacific divide is growing stronger. One on side is Red Celtic, although there are others, he is just the best known of them. On the other are people like ChairmanMao, and Larissa. The division looks to be deep and largely emotionally driven between the communists and syndacists. I see my self in the middle of these two groups.

Just an observation.

Actually, Crazy Pete, I think there are lots of currents in the che-lives "river".

As long as the river flows, I see no problem.

Hmmm....

I'm a minority.

Sort of.

While I am worried about the long term results of the US actions in Iraq, I belive that the removal of the Ba'ath party is a good thing, and will only be good for the people of Iraq.

Of course, if it all collapses into civil war and tribal warlordism, I will eat my words.
