Actually (and quite ironically) Ulster is right. The soviets never worked in 'Soviet' Union. So technically calling it Central Committee of the Communist Party isn't all that wrong.

Unless you want to bother with the mere technical and very real detail that Ulster is talking out of his ass. CCCP does not stand for Central Committee of the Communist Party... no matter how many ideological hangups this might give you.
