I've seen the lives of some of my family members pretty much spent confide to the care of my aunt, that is paralyzed and has down syndrome. to my grandmother with Parkinson's disease. two of my aunts never had families of their own. all their lives they cared for my sick grandma and aunt.

My grandma has passed away now. But my aunt is still living strong! and I love her dearly. But i see the stress both mentally and financially brings to my family.

care for people like this is very VERY expensive. not to mention the prescription medicine. and the countless upgrades my aunts have made to their homes to acomodate their special needs.

how do you guys think our views and lives would be affected if there was an easier and better way to cope with this hard situations?

Greater and better access to aid, medicine, and a vastly improved healthcare system overall would obviously be a boon for any ailing person.
