Because of the nature of the state and their surveillance we cannot allow any member to post information about explosives, weapons or drugs. The state has in the past shut down message boards and imprisoned their owners because of something as trivial as having a link to bomb making instructions

it is agaist the fourm rules mostlikely was deleted

bullshit, it's not a weapon, it's just an easy way to get paint on stuff you don't like (banks, billboards, riot cops, ...)

Why bother with elaborate "paint bombs", when you can full beer bottles or balloons with house paint and hurl them at the walls?

that's the concept, only you use objects that are easily transportable, break quiker and are less dangerous for living things.

A balloon full of paint is a lot easier to explain in court than a paint bomb.
Especially, if you wanna throw them at riot cops - the sound of a paint bomb (or a sound bomb for that matter) can lead to extremely dangerous things for you and the people around you.

Any easily breakable container of paint seems like it would work fine splattering paint on stuff. Why would you need to use a lightbulb?

Can of paint + dry ice in can + Lid put on VERY quickly = Paint everywhere in a couple seconds

It obviously wouldn't be perfect for all situations, but it could do the trick.

Wouldn't you be caught in the burst of paint?

Since you said put on lid VERY quickly.

because it's commonly found, fits nicely in your hand and is certain to shatter upon impact.
Eggs are good too

Little more effort involved, but a friend and I covered a lightbulb in drywall plaster, filled it with paint, and shot it out of a potato gun... worked like a charm, and good ole town hall has 3 red(dish) splats on the side... (of course, we didn't do the splats on town property, that would be illegal, some rambunctious kids got the idea from somewhere else, and we diecided to test it out on ummm... trees, yeah, trees... thats it!)
