If the ruleing class i represented by only a small % of the people and the working and poor and middle class represent the vast majority.

does this if fallowed take the power away from the dollar and into the polls.

And i see this in my eyes as a form of revolution. feel free to argue it.

this is a question does communism conflict with democracy

i know it is a conflict with capitilism. just a some questions that need answers

By "represented" you appear to mean "representative democracy, " which is incompatable with Democracy and therefore with communism.

No. Actually, mass democracy is a necessary prerequisite and characteristic of communism.
