Hello Comrades. I am Mark Schellmann. I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I've got a decent apartment, decent job, all that. But I participate in all the Leftist Action here in FL. I'm a member of the YSFC ( Young Soldiers For Change ) which is an Anti-Capitalist Organization. I have participated in Socialist and Anarchist protests. I believe in both of those theories, but I would call myself a Socialist if asked. I'm 24 years old and I join RevLeft.Com to discuss ideas and theories, and I will do just that. So see ya in the forums!

Welcome to the board. I'm a syndicalist living in Sweden myself. I was not familiar with your organisation previously so I did some looking. I like your Basic Principles, they seem very progressive -- especially this caught my eye:


5. Women have the right to make all decisions concerning their own bodies. The anti-women, anti-choice groups that try to impose their backwards outlook on the rest of us seek to preserve the oppression of women and must be fully opposed.

Being fully pro-choice is actually a requirement for unrestricted membership on RevLeft too (and should be everywhere, dammit). Anyways, post much and enjoy our community! :)

Yes, YSFC is Up with Freedom of Choice, Down with Capitalism and Fascism. It is an organization that doesn't just talk about revolution, we work and progress every day towards our goals.

Hi Welcome to the boards :)

I also live in Florida, currently in Miami (however, in the recent future I would be moving around alot; while I'm posting this I'm spending the summer in Puerto Rico)

I'm a little bit confused why you would make a bunch of sock puppets (such as Media Tragedy http://www.revleft.com/index.php?showtopic=67950 ) and claim to be different people.

Care to explain this or deny it if you so want?
