Besides the regular NK and Kim bashing, you gotta take a look at this. A North Korean anime broadcasted on national television called "The squirrel and the hedgehog" displaying the Korean War through animal figures... And its done pretty fucking great :o

I love how they display the US army, and there overly futuristic warhawk like military design :lol:

(sidenote: North Korea also has a contract with Disney which outsources a branch of there animation department there. That also contradicts complete autarky)
