Violent Propaganda - propaganda for violence?

we all know propaganda is much slower for a revolution to spark out instantly. So how about a sort of propaganda that its so violent that a day after it deployed a revoultion break out? Isn't possible?

Maybe a "Halllucinating Film" in a TV show, perhaps.

anyway, propaganda needs a fiery approach towards its goal. especially for a purpose to propagate marxism to all the poor masses in every country.
maybe people may watch even its content is hot. if we draw the propaganda in a nicer packaging. not to mention the cost of it.
