what is your favorite recorded version of the Internationale, who did it and where can others get it?

I haven't found mine yet, but enjoy this one.

cut 5 from Jeffrey Schanzer's 'No More In Thrall" commemorating the 50th anniverssary of the liberation of the Nazi concentration camp at Buchenwald. For string quartet.
There are 5 variations of the theme which starts as a violin solo (very nice, sweet and alone) followed by the the quartet jointing in for the next two variations, each becoming more complex. Then the four variation is a down and out cat fight among the strings and percussion till at last the theme imerges to float over the kaos. The last variation is a siimple march with violin and snare drum. But the frist variation is very poetic and that is most appealing to me.

Ani DiFranco's intrimental, is so warm and cosly it always makes me feel 'at home'.

And of course laurel browed Bragg. Although, I could have done with out the trumpets and realy do like some of the origenal lyrics better, some of the south affrican lyrics are satistflying.
So what do you know that I don't? Any recordings by do wop acapelago quartets or bagpipers, Rappers or Rasta?

First: the site
hymn.ru/internationale/index-en.htm
has a lot of information and is a very good resorce for research.

I grew up in the 'back woods' and got the idea that the Internationale was origionaly sung to the tune of the l'Marseillaise and the chorus was

'workers of the world unite, you have only chains to lose. Unite. Unite. Workers unite! You have only chains to lose.'

Well that sounds good. but our good brothers have provided us with better info than imagion and rumor.
