Revolution Hero

Export of counter- revolution is the activity of imperialistic bourgeois reactionary circles, which is directed on the restoration of old capitalistic orders in the countries of victorious socialistic revolution.
Idea of export of counter-revolution finds its “basis” in the works of bourgeois ideologists- representatives of militant anticommunism. It is based on social-economical nature of imperialism. Export of counter- revolution is an attempt of military, aggressive circles of imperialistic countries to stop in a violent way the advancing development of a society, to impose on other countries the reactionary, obsolete social-political system, to impose internal affairs of other countries and to press on the decision of disputable international problems by military means.
The prevention of export of counter- revolution is the important task, the necessary condition of saving peace on earth. USSR and other countries of socialistic system repeatedly helped the prevention or repulse of export of counter-revolution (in Cuba in the beginning of 1960s, Czechoslovakia in 1968, Poland at the end of 1970s- beginning of 1980s).
Program of Communist Party of the Soviet Union says:” Together with other Marxist- Leninist parties Communist Party of the Soviet Union considers its international duty to call upon all nations of all countries for uniting and mobilization of all internal powers, act actively and resting upon the power of world socialistic system to prevent or to give decisive repulse to the imperialistic interference in the affairs of nation of whatsoever country, which raised on revolution and thus not to let export of counter- revolution to take place.”
However, this help has nothing in common with export of revolution. Some leftist movements, which consider that revolution needs to be urged on and that socialism can be imposed on the working masses of other countries with the help of military power, propagandize the latter. Socialistic countries must practically help the working masses in their struggle for socialism, democracy and national independence.
Socialistic revolution grows out of aroused revolutionary situation in whatsoever country and realized by the working masses of this exact country. The idea of export of the revolution, which gives itself out to be embodiment of proletarian internationalism, contradicts to the latter. It also contradicts to the scientific communism, particularly to its view of correlation of objective conditions and subjective factors.
