So, at the Finding Our Roots Anarchist Conference, one of the 'classes' was about Chicago anarchist history, and we begun to talk about the Chicago White Belt, which was the first Daley's plan to move the blacks to the outer parts of the loop. Anyways, the only problem is, I haven't been able to find any outside research on it. Does anyone have any information on it?
