View Full Version : Is vandalising expensive cars a form of fighting capitalism?

I was thinking, as a violent commie, I don't want rich people to be rich, but if I steal their stuff that makes me rich! The answer...
BREAK IT! I think that deliberately writing off rich people's stuff works as a form of fighting capitalism, as eventually people become fearful of buying this expensive, unneccessary shit. Plus its a crack up.
OK, flame me now.

You son of a *****, you cocksucker, bastard, die..
Thats the flaming part, you asked for it, No Offence!
I'll answer with the simple but true saying:
Violence is not the answer
Violence must be a last resort and is only good in case of self defense and against your own government, if the government refuses to listen to the needs of the majority.

But is destroying property as means of propaganda violent. I would never consider hurting a cappie unless I was rioting.

It surtainly is. It wasted energy, use it for better porpuses. And this way they only start to develop hate against you(communist) and that can never have a good outcome.

Of course not.
Any car you damage will be fixed. All your doing is giving BMW, Benz, or whoever more business to fix what you messed up. And they love repairs because there is so much money in parts, etc.

Unless its practical or you're drunk, vandalizing stuff is just stupid. It doesn't matter how rich or greedy the owner is. Stealing things is actually much more practical.

I agree with both vandalism and theft in this case, heres why:
It doesnt make you rich, just less poor: and if your stealing enough to make you rich, go give some to the homeless
Regarding Vandalism, the money they spend for repairs would eventually be spent on some other corporate owned intake. It's not like their going to save all their money till the day they die; and if they do, their children will spend it the same way. They cant help it they're the brainwashed upperclass who have never spent a day in the inner city's.

Well...I'm not for violence.
Sometimes nature does some justice: check this news from jan 15: "Attempts to salvage a cargo ship which sank in the English Channel while carrying 3,000 luxury cars were due to resume on Sunday. "

There, now you have 3,000 luxury cars in the bottom of the sea. (Not an ecological solution, but at least yo don't need to go for vandalism)

There's a story that must be at least 50 years old...because it mentions a Cadillac as the ultimate luxury car.
Seems a rich guy went to his Cadillac dealer to pick up his new car, loaded with every feature.
As he drove off the lot, he heard a rattle in the door. Going around the block to return to the dealership, the rattle sounded at each turn.
He gets back to the dealership and he's pissed. A brand new Cadillac, all that money, and there's a fucking rattle in the door.
They drive it into the service bay, take the door off and open it up. Inside the door is an empty coke bottle...with a piece of paper rolled up inside. While the new owner is standing there watching, the mechanic fishes the paper out of the bottle, opens it up and reads it...and then hands it to the new Cadillac owner, saying, "This is for you."
The note says: "I hope this annoyed you, you rich son of a *****!"

Violence - even well intentioned - will always rebound upon itself.

yea please don't vandalise anything, it's a complete waste. I agree with whoever said stealing is more effective, at least that way you can let someone who needs the car more have it.
Anyways i duno about violence ALWAYS rebounding upon itself, because what if somebody does a violent act and nobody ever finds who it was?

Also remember the role that the upper classes can play. The Russian Revolution may have been carried by the proletariat, but it's organisation and roots lay amongst the intelligentia. Certain, rather wealthy, people such as Lenin, Trotksy, Martov (yes I know he was a Menshevik, but he tried too), Kamenev, etc. try to help the workers. They were not workers themselves... so think twice before you aleniate people.

I disagree with the violence argument. Vandalizing a car isn't violent neccessarily. Well, maybe if you're "lighting it up" and there's someone in it, but otherwise no. Plus, I'm not sure how anyone's gonna know a leftist did it. Not unless you plan on spraypainting a hammer and sickle on the aforementioned vehicles. Besides, chuckin' a cinder block through the rear window of a spanking new CLK or XJ5 is exhilarating. All be it puerile and a waste of a perfectly good cinder block.

hear, hear!!
The comment about that 'anekdote' about the can placed in a car just illustrates the right idea, i'm with you BasementAddix; just be creative.
Such things are more influentual than protesting, i think;
holding up a banner isn't really innovative nor shocking.

Really I just want to do something meaningful, I mean, how many of you guys go out and fuck the system or promote communism, or even show sharing by giving money to charity (i get fuck all for my paper round, but still manage to give a tenner every couple of weeks). I think I will try painting up my local pavements with commie and anti child-labour slogans, just to keep people aware of what is happening out there. Oh, and TavareeshKamo, if I see your car around, I'll stick a few suger cubes in the gas tank eh?
