Whats the situation on Mumia's apeal?

I was wondering whats the situation on Mumia's case?What was the verdict that the court reached on 17th? Any news or updates on that. I seem not being able to find any updates.So if anybody can provide sum usefull information pls post. Thx

What was the verdict that the court reached on 17th?
I don't think it has come out yet nor will it for some time. The options though are: new trial, life in prison without parole, or execution.
