I'm sifting through Das Kapital right now (and have been for quite some time) and i'm curious about the theory of use-value. There are certain commodities that are considered to be more useful than others as i understand. (i could be wrong, clarification would be nice :D ) But i'm curious about commodities like education, or psychological counseling perhaps, if they are commodities at all. Does the teacher have the same worth as the worker? One would think so, but does Marx offer any words on that? Does anyone have any thoughts?
