Um, this movie was produced by the Ramtha School of Enlightenment- a bunch of New Age spiritualist whackjobs who are trying to hijack scientific language to justify their bullshit beliefs. I mea- they believe their founder was visited by this being called Ramtha...
They're essentially a cult in the business of spreading their ideas. And when I say, "in the business" I mean it literally- they're a corporation.
So they're a corporate, pseudo-religious entity. Yeah- I really trust them to tell me about science. <_<
Here's a http://ramtha.com/html/pdf/introduction.pdf to their ideas.

hmm, reminds me of the plot of an Italian writer's book...
I think it was called Foucalt's Pendulum

It's by Umberto Eco. I've tried to read it, but never managed to really get into it. His non-fiction is fantastic though- Travels in Hyperreality for example. It's a bit dated, and I disagree with bits of it, but his writing style and sense of humour are wonderful.

Yeah, whilst this doco was fun (good visuals), it should be watched very critically.
As ML stated, it was produced by the Ramtha School of Enlightenment (whose 'leader', Ramtha aka JZ Knight appears in the film).
JZ Knight claims to be able channel a 35 000 year old warrior named Ramtha <_<
Check out the wikis on Ramtha and the doco for some info on the criticisms levelled at the film and its producer:

I've seen it before and it's very unconvincing. It takes some principles of quantum mechanics and from them draws very bizarre and non-sequential conclusions. It proposes no causation for our supposed ability to have a high level of control over our surroundings and makes other similar and ridiculously abstract conclusions.
Word of advise, skip seeing this film.
