There are loads of socialist, and/or, communist parties in the U.S. However, it seems that most of them don't really have a voice and or take a lot of action. (Not to mention that revolutionary communist party is just creepy). Can all these different factions be reconciled in order to form a stronger socialist presense?

Probably not, and why should they be?
It's necessary to look past labels. Because organizations are labelled communist or socialist, does that automatically mean they're similar in their real nature or their actions?
Some mergers may be possible and desirable, especially in the future. If two or more groups are doing similar things, participating in the same struggle and movements - and trying to influence those movements in similar ways - they'll naturally start thinking about merging.
Then again, there are probably some groups that could go ahead and merge right now and simplify things - because they're equally messed up.
