Friend of mine is a nurse and apparently the INO and PNA will be striking next Wednesday (and possibly Monday too).
I'm wondering if any Irish comrades and group officials/leaders/members would be able to get themselves and their groups to attend these work stoppages in solidarity with workers? Personally, I should be able to attend, but can't guarantee it. But I'd love to see any left-wing group show their support. If I can make it, I'll be at Beaumont. The stoppages run from 10-12pm, and will be a nice lunch break for me :)
I'd love to get a United Revolutionary Left contingent there, whether the participants be Anarchist, Communist, Socialist or whatever. These workers need some support now and we can help them.
Let me know what you think.
