What are the oldest political parties? And which is the oldest in history?

The political party is a bourgeois invention, correct..?

Was it the Chartists? I think there were like one or two older than them, but I don't remember.

It depends what you mean. Organised political parties probably emerged in the eighteenth or nineteenth century. But you had identified political factions in ancient Rome after all.

As far as I know, the oldest political party still in existence are the Carlistas from Spain. A far-right party that used to speak for the petty nobility, often agitating "feudal socialist" ideas.

They don't look like they will last for long, though. The party seems to be loosing support and substance.

Here their webpage: Partido Carlista (http://www.partidocarlista.com/)

You can trace the Conservative party here back further than that I think. THough they did change their name and structure so perhaps they can't be seen as continuous as the Democratic Party.
