Hi everyone!
I joined up here a while back, and only just now introducing myself. I have been of the leftist persuasion since as long as I can remember, but the past few years I've really started to get more interested in radical politics. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and learning everything I can!

A little about me, I'm a 24 year old graphic design student and occasional freelance designer living in Las Vegas, NV. When I'm not in school, or doing homework, I like to watch movies, avoid my roommates, play online and sometimes go to the bar with friends. Anything else worth knowing will come out eventually, I'm sure!

See you around!

Welcome, enjoy your stay at revleft. Where on the left would you situate yourself? I assume you're not an anarchist?
I hope to read so interesting posts of you in various topics.

Thanks for the welcome, Raccoon!

I'm still not sure if socialist or communist would be the better term for my ideology, but I usually refer to myself as a socialist either way. I'm still pretty new to the radical left, so I still have much reading and learning to do.

Hey and welcome to RevLeft. Hope you stick around for a while, and enjoy your stay.

We are all some sort of socialist here, what with it being such a broad term and all. Personally, I'm an anarchist. And I have to tell you, anarchists have more fun.

Anyway, learning and theory are good places to find out about anarchism, communism, Marxism and a shit load of other "isms". Read the stickied threads.

Out of interest, where did you learn about RevLeft?

Thanks for the welcome, mate :)
I've been reading some of the threads here, and I think I'm going to like it here very much :D
I've been leaning towards Marxism, but I don't feel that I have enough understanding of the various other -isms to really say one way or the other. For now I'm happy to be out of the capitalist fog so to speak. I clung to capitalism for dear life for a long time after I started to see the problems with it. I thought it could somehow be salvaged

Out of interest, where did you learn about RevLeft?

Google. I was looking up information about...well, I don't remember exactly what it was, as it was several months back, but I bookmarked the site and just didn't come back around until I was cleaning out my bookmarks and found it in there.
