I'd like to preface this by saying that this article is for entertainment purposes only. I am not advocating using any of these to break the law, or harm anyone. This is just for fun.

With all the guides on here dealing with scams and whatnot, I thought it would be practical to include one on concealing your identity. Many of these scams involve interacting with employees, and possible video-taping.
I have an extensive background in theater- that is my thing. I was thinking, the changes made for stage could be toned down a bit, and used very well to even create certain specific physical things that could be used to "identify" you, if a company got to the point where they wanted to call the authorities.
This would also be good for shoplifting, especially with the old-age make-up. Not many people suspect granny to steal things.
I'll start with the easy stuff.
Collodion
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collodion
Collodion is a relatively cheap product ($4.25 for a good supply) that can create amazing effects. It is used to create incredible-looking scars and, if used with a steady brush, can make very realistic wrinkles. It's nitrocellulose in alcohol, and when you need to remove the effect, you just peel it right off.

It comes in a little bottle, and you can buy it at most theater supply stores. It comes with a brush, and you just brush it right on. As it dries, it pulls the skin inward and wrinkles it. It doesn't hurt at all. Imagine this, if you have a large scar across your face, and someone is asked to identify you, they are going to probably say you have a scar; that will be one of the first things they mention.
If you use a finer brush, you can create wrinkles on your hands (this can be quite tell-tale that you are young, if your hands look young.) and your face. Use it to brush crows feet along your eyes, on your forehead, and marionette lines. Make sure to have a light hand. The wrinkles can look too deep, and you don't want to stand out, just look different.
Applying Fake Mustaches
Applying a fake mustache is a great way to disguse yourself quickly, and you can remove it easily in order to escape from a search. However, if you use something like spirit gum to apply it, be very careful and use spirit gum remover to take it off, because it can rip your skin off. I've seen it happen.
Using a fake mustache can be a great way to actually change gender appearances. If you are a girl who wants to pull off being a guy for any particular scam, or anything, some ACE bandages around your boobs, collodion on the hands, a wig and a well-applied fake mustache can do the job well.
How To:
Find a good, realistic looking cheap mustache (they are seriously cheap, like a dollar or two)
If you want to trim the edges a little bit to make it look less stiff and fake, you can use those little surgical scissors-they work great. Also try and trim the backing off so that it isn't visible when the mustache is applied
Clean the area that you will be applying the mustache on
Apply spirit gum or another adhesive to the back of the mustache, let it dry a little bit (until it is tacky) and press it against your face. It should stick until you use spirit gum remover to take it off
One method some people use is to cut it in half, because it moves easier when you talk, but personally I don't like this.
I will finish this later, I have to do chores
